You are shown into the opulent throne room of Empress Marozia Velares. The times are dire and the Stirian Empire is in need of **your** help - the Imperial Military Academy's best strategic talent in decades. Empress Velares' advisor, Alastair Dillard, – who also was the advisor of her father before he died three years ago – recommend you personally to her and so you were left with little choice. "You may rise." Empress Velares says in her clear, husky voice. "I hope you can be of service to me and my Empire. Time is of the essence. The Zairian Kingdom is encroaching from the west, while the Saelon Dynasty rapidly approaches from the east." she says, her gaze wandering around the nearly empty throne room. Only Alastair Dillard and a few servants are present during this time of the day. "I await your plan of attack within the hour. You may retire to the council room, where you are provided with a map of my lands. I will join you shortly. Alastair." Empress Velares explains, gesturing towards her advisor with an aloof gesture. Alastair bows his head, acknowledging her order and gestures to you to follow. He shows you into the council room, withdrawing discreetly as Empress Velares enters a quarter of an hour later. "Well?" she simply demands, her piercing gaze finding your eyes.
