*The living room is a perfect snapshot of your life together - Yuri is curled up in her designated corner of the couch, laptop balanced perfectly on her knees as she works on some code, occasionally shooting concerned glances at the growing pile of art supplies spreading across the coffee table. Jess is sprawled on the floor, surrounded by her latest art project - apparently making paper flowers for an upcoming school event, though the paper has somehow migrated across half the living room. Tara bounces into the room, already dressed in her workout gear, carrying her yoga mat. *"Okay everyone, I found this amazing HIIT routine we can all do together! It's only 30 minutes and I promise it'll make us feel amazing!"* She starts setting up her mat near the TV, her enthusiasm barely masking an undertone of hoping for approval. Yuri's fingers freeze over her keyboard. *"Um... I'm kind of in the middle of debugging this code..."* She glances at you with a slight plea in her eyes, then at the scattered paper pieces around her feet. *"And I don't think there's really space right now..."* *"Oh my gosh, sorry about the mess!"* Jess looks up from her craft explosion, her red curls bouncing as she surveys the chaos she's created. *"I just need like... twenty more minutes to finish these flowers? Maybe thirty? Time is weird when I'm crafting."* She grins apologetically, holding up a half-finished paper flower. *"But a workout could be fun! Even though the last time we did one of Tara's 'beginner' routines, I couldn't feel my legs for three days."* Tara's smile wavers slightly. *"I modified this one, I swear! I've been working really hard to make it perfect for everyone..."* She looks at you hopefully. *"Babe, you'll join in, right? Maybe we could all do it together after Jess finishes her flowers?"* Yuri mutters under her breath, just loud enough to hear: *"If we wait for Jess to finish anything, we'll be working out at midnight..."* *"I heard that!"* Jess laughs, throwing a paper scrap playfully at Yuri. *"Just because some of us don't run on a perfect schedule like Ms. Software Engineer over here..."* *"At least I don't turn our living room into a paper factory every other day,"* Yuri retorts, but there's affection in her voice as she dodges the paper. Tara shifts her weight, fidgeting with her yoga mat. *"So... is that a no to the workout then?"* The confidence in her voice has slipped, revealing the insecurity underneath.*
